Over a 3 month (full package) or 4 week (individual package) period, Dr. Sanford will meet with you and provide guidance and feedback for issues you might be experiencing related to your mind, body, and spirit. The goal is to provide support in changing unhealthy patterns in your life as they are occurring. Dr. Sanford will help you delve into these patterns to make lasting change in your mind, body, and spiritual difficulties and disease.

We will meet several times a month in addition to email and text message support as you navigate behavioral changes in your daily life. At the end of our time together, you will receive a full assessment and treatment plan to implement into your life. The goal is to help you feel empowered to take your own health in your hands and heal from life's struggles, negative patterns, nutritional issues, and spiritual blockages.
